Bee Cave has grown faster than almost any city in the Hill Country over the last 15 years, and a huge share of that growth has been custom homes on the rolling lots off Highway 71, FM 2244, and the Hamilton Pool Road corridor. Bee Cave-specific considerations
Engineering. Many of the newer Bee Cave subdivisions have master-engineered foundation specs that we follow exactly. Spanish Oaks in particular has strict architectural guidelines and a review board that checks every exterior material.
Soil. Bee Cave is on the edge of the limestone escarpment, so we hit rock at varying depths. Excavation with a rock saw or hydraulic hammer is often needed. We have both.
HOA and city. Bee Cave is a city, which means a permit is required for most foundation and flatwork work. We handle the permit pull and coordinate the inspections.
Access. Falconhead and Spanish Oaks have wider streets and good equipment access. The older lots off Vail Divide and Dick Nicklas can be tight. We send out a site visit before quoting to confirm.

Pricing for Bee Cave projects
Bee Cave pricing is consistent with our published rates. Spanish Oaks and Falconhead tend to run at the higher end of the finish-type ranges (stamped, exposed aggregate, custom scoring) while the older lots off 71 and 2244 run more standard broom and trowel work.
