Concrete services in Point Venture
Point Venture is a private lakeside community on the south side of Lake Travis, just across the lake from Lago Vista. The homes are mostly lakefront or near-lakefront, the lots are sloped, and the work is mostly residential — with a fair amount of boat house, dock, and lakefront retaining wall work.

Point Venture-specific considerations
POA review. The Point Venture Property Owners Association has an architectural review process for any exterior work. We can provide the drawings, product data, and specifications you need for the submittal.
Lake access. Many Point Venture projects require coordination with the LCRA and the POA for any work that touches the shoreline or the lake. We have done enough of this to know the drill.
Slope. Almost every Point Venture lot is sloped. We are comfortable on these lots and have the equipment to work in tight lakefront conditions.
Drainage. The lake rises and falls. Proper drainage away from foundations and away from the lake is critical. We design every project to handle the typical Lake Travis water level swings.
